This is a brand new gym but the owners are not new to fitness. They come from working at a top-rated gym in Vancouver together and you wouldn't think they could improve upon perfection, but they have!
Whether you're an expert avid CrossFitter or an occasional fitness enthusiast, this gym is perfect. Everyone is so supportive, so helpful, and so kind. The vibe is so welcoming and motivating but the best part is how much fun each class is.
