Common Questions
When can I start after having my baby?
Most moms start around 6-8 weeks postpartum after being cleared by their doctor. Some start earlier, some wait longer—it depends on your recovery. Our coach will meet you where you're at.
What if my baby cries during class?
That's totally normal and expected! You pause, feed them, change them, soothe them—whatever they need. No one's rushing you. Everyone in the class is a mom and completely understands.
What should I bring?
Your baby, a stroller or carrier for them to hang out in, your diaper bag, a water bottle for you, and comfortable workout clothes. We'll take care of the rest.
I have diastasis recti / pelvic floor issues. Is this safe?
Yes. Our coach is trained in postpartum recovery and will modify exercises specifically for diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns, and C-section healing. If you're working with a pelvic floor PT, even better—we can coordinate.
I'm not "in shape." Can I still join?
Absolutely. This program is designed for postpartum bodies at all fitness levels. Our coach will scale everything to where you're at. You don't need to be "ready"—this is how you get ready.
What if I miss a class?
Life with a baby is unpredictable. If you miss a class, just jump back in the following week. We don't offer make-up sessions, but the programming is designed so you can miss occasionally without falling behind.
