Your Kid Needs More Than Just Screen Time

They're Not Moving Enough

Kids today spend hours sitting - at school, on devices, in cars. They're missing the physical development that builds strong, capable bodies.

Sports Aren't Enough

Team sports are great, but they don't build foundational strength. Kids need proper strength training to prevent injuries and perform better.

Confidence Comes From Capability

Kids who feel strong in their bodies feel confident in life. Strength training builds mental toughness alongside physical strength.

Two Programs, Built for Each Stage

An 8-year-old and a 14-year-old need different coaching, different programming, and different environments. We've built both.

Junior Strength

Ages 8-10

Foundational movement patterns, bodyweight strength, and coordination. At this age it's about building the movement vocabulary that sets kids up for a lifetime of confident, capable training. Fun, coached, and age-appropriate from the first session.

  • Tuesdays at 4:00 PM
  • Thursdays at 4:00 PM

Teen Strength

Ages 11-14

Progressive strength training with barbells, kettlebells, and structured programming. At this age kids are ready to train with real load and real purpose. We build strength, athletic performance, and the discipline that carries into everything they do.

  • Mondays at 4:00 PM
  • Saturdays at 12:00 PM

Common Questions

Is strength training safe for kids this age?

Absolutely. Research shows that properly supervised strength training is safe and beneficial for children. Our coaches are trained to teach age-appropriate movements with proper technique. We focus on movement quality first, not heavy weights.

How do I know which group is right for my child?

It's based on age - the Junior Strength group is for ages 8-10, and Teen Strength is for ages 11-14. The programming, coaching style, and expectations are built around each age range. If your child is on the borderline or you have questions, reach out and we'll help you decide.

What if my child has never done strength training before?

Perfect - this program is designed for beginners. We start with bodyweight movements and light weights, focusing on technique first. Every child progresses at their own pace and no prior experience is expected.

Can I really train for free as a parent?

Yes. When your child is enrolled, you're welcome to join the class and train alongside them at no additional cost. It's a great way to bond, model healthy habits, and get your own training in at the same time.

Should I choose 1x or 2x per week?

1x per week is a great starting point, especially if your child has other sports or activities. 2x per week accelerates progress and builds habits more quickly - kids who train twice a week tend to see stronger results and stay more engaged across the 8 weeks. Both options include the same expert coaching.

What if my child plays sports - will this help?

Yes. Strength training improves athletic performance across all sports and helps prevent injuries. We're building a foundation of strength, coordination, and body awareness that directly translates to whatever sport your child plays.

What's the class size?

We keep classes small to ensure every child gets individual coaching and attention. This isn't a crowded gym class - it's focused, supervised strength training where your coach knows every child by name.

What if my child misses a class?

Life happens. If they miss a session, they jump back in the following week. The programming is designed so missing occasionally won't hold them back.
