Client Spotlight: How Jet Leveled Up With Hybrid Training and Nutrition

When Jet first started training with us, he had clear goals: get into a consistent routine through accountability, get stronger and increase his 1RM on his back squat, bench press, and deadlift, move better, and perform at a higher level in both everyday life and competition.

One of his first challenges was lunges. Even knees-to-ground lunges felt out of reach at the time. Fast forward to today and not only can he perform them with full range and confidence, but he has also achieved another huge milestone: mastering kipping pull-ups. And that is just the beginning.
